STANFORD, Calif. – Seven Stanford women's golf student-athletes were named to the Pac-12 Conference All-Academic team, as announced recently.
Albane Valenzuela (3.95 grade-point average, undeclared) was named to the first team. Valenzuela was the only player named All-Pac-12 first team and Pac-12 All-Academic first team.
Second-team honors went to Ziyi Wang (3.79, undeclared). Shannon Aubert, Madie Chou, Sierra Kersten, Andrea Lee and Calli Ringsby were named to the honorable mention team.
To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average.
