STANFORD, Calif. – Twenty-two of the Cardinal's 30 regular-season games will be televised in 2017-18, including 17 on Pac-12 Networks and three on the ESPN family of networks. Stanford's conference slate and complete television selections were announced by the league on Monday.
Season tickets, three-game and six-game mini plans and group tickets (15 or more) for all dates on the 2017-18 calendar are on sale now by visiting gostanford.com/tickets or calling 800-STANFORD. Single-game tickets are also available for all nonconference games excluding Tennessee. The Tennessee game and all conference single-game seats will go on sale to the public beginning Friday, Nov. 24.
Highlighting Stanford's previously announced nonconference slate is a quartet of tough matchups against Ohio State, Connecticut, Baylor and Tennessee.
The Cardinal opens the season in Columbus on Friday, Nov. 10 for a game against the Buckeyes that will be carried on the Big Ten Network at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT. Two days later, Stanford will face the Huskies for the first time since 2014 at Nationwide Arena in downtown Columbus on ESPN at 1:30 p.m. ET/10:30 a.m. PT.
Stanford's Sunday, Dec. 3 game at Baylor will tip at 1 p.m. CT/11 a.m. PT on FS1 and its storied rivalry with Tennessee adds another chapter on Thursday, Dec. 21 at 6 p.m. PT on Pac-12 Networks.
Stanford's fourth nonconference tilt picked up for broadcast by Pac-12 Networks is its regular-season home opener against UC Riverside on Friday, Nov. 17 (7 p.m. PT).
Seventeen of the Cardinal's 18 conference games will also be carried by Pac-12 Networks or ESPN2.
Stanford's Pac-12 slate begins at home on Friday, Dec. 29 and Sunday, Dec. 31 against UCLA and USC before the Cardinal makes its first conference road trip to Arizona and Arizona State on Friday, Jan. 5 and Sunday, Jan. 7. Stanford's game in Tempe will start at 2 p.m. MT/1 p.m. PT and air on ESPN2.
The Cardinal is home against Washington State and Washington on Friday, Jan. 12 and Sunday, Jan. 13 and will wrap up its season series with USC and UCLA when it travels to Los Angeles on Friday, Jan. 19 and Sunday, Jan. 21.
Stanford hosts Arizona State and Arizona on Friday, Jan. 26 and Sunday, Jan. 28 and will play at Oregon State and Oregon on Friday, Feb. 2 and Sunday, Feb. 4. The Cardinal and Ducks will tip at noon on ESPN2.
In this year's rotation, the Beavers and Ducks do not visit Maples Pavilion while Stanford misses its trip to Utah and Colorado.
Stanford will wrap up its regular-season home slate with three in a row in mid-February against the Utes (Friday, Feb. 9), Buffs (Sunday, Feb. 11) and Cal (Thursday, Feb. 15). Stanford's lone game this season against Utah is its only league matchup not on television.
The Cardinal will finish with three away from home at the end of February, playing at Cal (Saturday, Feb. 17), Washington (Friday, Feb. 23) and Washington State (Sunday, Feb. 25).
The Cardinal kicks things off with a home exhibition on Saturday, November 4 against UC San Diego (4 p.m.)
Stanford is coming off a 32-6 season that included its 13th Final Four appearance and 12th Pac-12 Tournament championship.
