Rescheduled Doubleheader: If a rescheduled game is part of a doubleheader, purchasers will receive an email with a promo code to apply toward purchasing tickets to the rescheduled game. A single ticket will grant access to both games; only tickets for the new game date will be honored.

Canceled: If a game has been canceled, purchasers will receive an email with a promo code equal to the value of their purchase, which can go toward new tickets for another game. Promo codes will only be active for events within the same season as the rescheduled game.
