STANFORD, Calif. – Ten members of the Stanford women's water polo team have earned 2018 MPSF All-Academic accolades. The Cardinal has had at least that many league academic honorees for each of the past 10 seasons.
To be eligible, students must have a 3.00 or better cumulative grade point average, be at least a sophomore academically and have spent at least one academic year at the institution and must have competed in fifty percent of their team's competition this season.
Shannon Cleary, Katie Dudley, Emalia Eichelberger, Makenzie Fischer, Julia Hermann, Kat Klass, Jordan Raney, Hannah Shabb, Cassidy Wiley and Mackenzie Wiley were recognized for their combined work athletically and in the classroom.
Stanford's 10 all-academic awardees tied for the MPSF lead and the Cardinal has had the most in the conference for nine consecutive years.
