Stanford is in the midst of one of its best seasons in program history. The Cardinal has not lost a stroke-play tournament this season and finished the ACC Championship 15 strokes ahead of eventual ACC champion Florida State. The six stroke play wins this year are one shy of a program record, set during the 2022-23 national championship season. Four of the five golfers in Stanford’s lineup have won tournaments this season, including Andrea Revuelta, who was crowned the ACC’s individual champion last week.
Stanford won the Cle Elum Regional last year with an NCAA Regional record as the only team finishing under par, beating Duke by 18 strokes, and has won three of its last four regional appearances. The team has qualified for every national championship since 2010, as Stanford looks for its 15th straight NCAA Championship appearance.
