Rain Out Policy
If a postponed game is rescheduled as a single game:
- All tickets with the original date will be honored on the day of the makeup game.
If a postponed game is rescheduled as part of a doubleheader:
- Sunken Diamond/Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium will not be cleared between games. One ticket will allow you to watch both games of the doubleheader. Only the ticket with the proper date will be honored.
- All single-game purchasers* will receive an email with a personalized promo code they can use to apply the value of their purchase towards new tickets for another game. Promo codes will only be active for events that fall within the same season as the rescheduled game.
- Season Ticket Members may use their season pass for entry into the doubleheader.
If a postponed game is unable to be rescheduled:
- All single-game purchasers* will receive an email with a personalized promo code they can use to apply the value of their purchase towards new tickets for another game. Promo codes will only be active for events that fall within the same season as the rescheduled game.
*Limited to orders placed directly through the Stanford Athletics Ticket Office or tickets.gostanford.com. Excludes complimentary single game tickets and purchases made through third-parties.
