2015 Season (Freshman):

  • Became a solid part of the team from the outset.
  • Placed 29th at the NCAA West Regional at Stanford's No. 4 runner (6K, 21:19.5).
  • Placed 210th at the NCAA Championships (6K, 21:45.9).
  • 32nd at the Pac-12 Championships (6K, 20:46.1).
  • Made collegiate debut at the Washington Invitational, as team's No. 3 runner.
  • Placed 14th overall in 20:46.1 (6K).
  • Raced five times.

Track and Field:

  • Raced once indoors, anchoring a distance medley relay at the Penn State National.

High School:

  • Set a Missouri all-class state record in the 1,600.
  • Ran 4:40.15 to shatter the mark by four seconds.
  • Captured Class 5 state titles in the 800 (2:08.87) and in the 4x800 relay.
  • Including her four Class 4 titles in 2014, Long won seven state track championships in two years.
  • Set state-record 4:44.01 in 2014 that she achieved while placing fourth in New York City’s Dream Mile.
  • Captured five Missouri state championships as a junior.
  • In 2014, swept the 800 (2:10.78), 1600 (4:46.21) and 3200 (10:34.26) while also anchoring the 4x800 relay with a come-from-behind 2:09 split.
  • A three-time state Class 4 cross country champion – setting a Class 4 state record of 17:38 for 5K.
  • Won 11 state titles in all
  • A three-time Foot Locker national cross country finalist, finishing 10th as a sophomore, 23rd as a junior, and 19th as a senior.
