• Placed fourth in collegiate debut on parallel bars with a 14.000 (Jan. 15)
• Claimed first career event title with a 14.250 on high bar at the Stanford Open (Jan. 21)
• Posted career-best 14.250 on parallel bars at NCAA Finals (April 22)

• Competed in the all-around for the Czech Republic at the 2016 Rio Olympics, placing 35th in the high bar

Personal 

• Born in Brno, Czech Republic
• Son of Lorin and Hana Ricna
• Mother, Hana Ricna-Jessen, is a two-time Olympic qualifier for Czechoslovakia in artistic gymnastics (1984 and 1988) and a two-time World Medalist
• Has three siblings, Sandra, Celine Andre and Lorin Pierre Andre
• Has a pommel horse skill (The Jessen) listed in the Code of Points - DSA with hop backward through handstand on the other end - after successfully performing at 2019 Apparatus World Cup in Doha (QAT)
• Volunteered at Stanford Health at the Lane Surgery Center, and at Heart and Home – an organization providing shelter for homeless women
