- Fourth at the 2017 U.S. junior championships at 186-2 ¼ (56.74m) with a 1.75kg discus.
High school:
- Two-time New England outdoor discus champion, throwing 190-1, 57.93m in 2017.
- Fourth at the 2017 U.S. junior championships at 186-2 ¼ (56.74m) with a 1.75kg discus.
- Four-time state champion.
- Won the Maine Class C title in the shot put and discus as a senior.
- A three-time Maine Class C discus winner.
- 2017 Gatorade Maine Boys Track & Field Athlete of the Year.
- Led the Red Riots to the 2017 team championships.
- Took third in the discus at the 2016 New Balance Outdoor Nationals Outdoor.

- Spent three weeks in Vietnam in 2018 as part of the Rubinstein-Bing Student-Athlete Civic Engagement Program, a partnership between Stanford and Duke universities.
