International Competition: Won a gold medal as the third leg of the 4x200 free relay, setting a games record with a combined time of 7:55.02 at the World University Games in 2011 and also won a silver medal as the lead off swimmer in the 4x100 free relay (3:40.19). Fell .23 seconds short of a bronze medal to finish sixth in the 100 free with a time of 55.61... placed fourth in the 100 freestyle, seventh in the 100 butterfly, sixth in the 200 freestyle, and seventh in the 200 IM at the 2010 Santa Clara International Invite...finished eighth in the 200 IM, ninth in the 200 freestyle, and 10th in the 50 freestyle at the Los Angeles Grand prix...placed 10th in the 800 freestyle and 13th in the 50 freestyle at the ConcocoPhillips National Championships...swam some of her best times in the summer of 2009... was a member of Team USA at the World Aquatic Championships in Rome... swam in the 4x100 relay with Stanford teammate Julia Smit, where she helped the Americans to a fourth place finish in the prelims... finished seventh in the 100 butterfly with a time of 57.61 at the U.S. Trials in Indianapolis... was also seventh in the 200 freestyle the next day (1:58.57) and eighth in the 100 breast with a time of 1:09.18 in her third final in three days... was fifth behind Stanford teammate Julia Smit in the 100 free finals, swimming 54.72, her fourth day of finals... finished ninth in the 200 meter free at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials with a time of 1:58.90...also finished 20th in the 100 free (55.61) and tied for 28th in the 50 free (25.89)... swam for the United States' championship-winning 800 free relay squad at the 2007 World University Games, while placing third in the 200 free...competed in the 400 IM and the 200 free in the 2004 Queensland State Championships... placed eighth in the 200 free at the 2004 Olympic Trials... Competed at Summer Senior Nationals from 2003-06...was named the 2003 Rookie of the Meet...finished second in both the 100 and 200 free at the 2004 Summer Senior Nationals, while placing third in the 400 free...also had top-10 finishes in both the 200 (sixth) and 100 (seventh) free in 2005, and an eighth-place 200 free showing in 2006...competed at the 2005 World Championship Trials.

Stanford in 2010-11 (Senior): Named a seven-time All-American at her final NCAA Championships... moved into third place in the Stanford record books in the 50 free (22.04), and remained No. 1 in the 200 free (1:43.14), No. 2 in the 100 free (47.50), No. 8 in the 200 fly (1:56.91), No. 7 in the 200 IM (1:57.27) and No. 7 in the 500 free (4:41.39), as well as the school-records in the 200 free, 400 free and 800 free relays and 400 yard medley relays... ranked No. 8 nationally in the 50 free, No. 3 in the 100 free, No. 12 in the 200 free... NCAA runner-up in the 100 free with a time of 47.78 and was sixth in the 200 free (1:44.16)... also won the consolation finals of the 50 free, finishing ninth overall with a time of 22.22... did the heavy lifting with top-nine finishes for four relay teams, anchoring each... part of the fourth place 200 free relay and fifth place 400 free relay teams, anchoring the longer relay to a time of 3:12.54 at NCAAs... also won the consolation finals of the 800 free relay and was eighth in the 400 medley relay... won the Pac-10 title in the 200 free with a time of 1:44.61 and 100 free (48.14) and was a runner-up in the 50 free (22.04)...also anchored Pac-10 champion 200 free relay team... helped the Cardinal beat USC with wins in the 200 free and 100 free... picked up wins in the 200 free and 100 free in the dual win over Arizona... part of winning 200 free and 400 free relay and then on day two won the 200 yard medley as the anchor leg as a part of the win over Florida and Michigan in a tri-meet... named second team academic all-district by CoSIDA... academic All-Pac-10.

Stanford in 2009-2010 (Junior): Earned All-American honors in the 200 freestyle relay, 50 freestyle, 400 medley relay, 200 freestyle, 800 freestyle, 100 freestyle, and 400 freestyle relay becoming a seven-time All-American...was part of the NCCA winning 400 freestyle relay and second place 200 freestyle relay... finished fifth in the 200 freestyle with a 1:44.40 time...won the 200 freestyle at the Pac-10 Championships with a 1:44.20 time... was part of the first place 400 freestyle relay...came in second at the Pac-10 Championship in the 100 freestyle (48.24)...swept a meet against USC winning the 200 freestyle, 50 freestyle, and 100 freestyle.


Stanford in 2008-09 (Sophomore): Named an All-American five times, for the second time in the 200 and 800 freestyles and 200 individual medleys and for the first time in the 100 freestyle and 200 free relay... set the Stanford record in the 200 with a time of 1:43.14 to finish fourth, lowering her school-record by .48 seconds... finished fifth in the 100 free for her first All-America honor with a time of 47.84... posted the NCAA's fifth-best 100 freestyle time (47.50), sixth-fastest 200 freestyle time (1:43.14) and 17th-best 500 freestyle mark (4:40.13) during the year... part of school-record 800 relay team at the Pac-10 Championships... finished fourth in the 500 free at the Pac-10s (4:41.39)... finished third in the 200 free at the Pac-10 championships with a mark of 1:43.80... part of Stanford-record 400 relay team at Pac-10s... also a part of the school-record 200 relay team at NCAAs.

Stanford in 2007-08 (Freshman):
Put together an exceptional freshman season, winning the Pac-10 title in the 200 free before earning four All-America honors at the NCAA Championships...put her name on Stanford's all-time top-10 list in seven events, across three disciplines (free, fly and IM)...swam the leadoff leg for Stanford's 400 free relay team that tied for fourth at NCAA Championships with a time of 3:13.77, and the 800 free relay squad that tied for fourth (7:04.83)...finished sixth in the 200 free (1:45.34) and 10th in the 200 IM (1:57.27)...won the 200 free at her first career Pac-10 Championships with a time of 1:45.09, defeating Olympian Lacey Nymeyer of Arizona...placed second in the both the 500 free (4:41.67) and the 800 free relay (7:05.70), while finishing third in the 400 free relay (3:16.00), fourth in the 200 free relay (1:29.84) and eighth in the 100 free (49.22).

Graduated from Liberty High School in Brentwood, Calif., where she was an 18-time high school All-American...won eight North Coast Section championships, and set the NCS record in the 200 free (1:46.28)...was named the Contra Costa Times Swimmer of the Year in both 2006 and 2007...was tabbed the 2007 Norcal Prep Sports Female Athlete of the Year...AP Scholar with Honors...swam for coach Ray Mitchell and the Terrapins Swim Club...brother, John, swam for Arizona State...majoring in psychology.
