Zach Tamburello enters his first season on The Farm in 2023-24.

Tamburello previously spent time as an assistant coach at Bryant University where he was in charge of both recruiting and offensive coordinator duties. While with the Bulldogs, Tamburello helped guide the team to conference-best marks in points per game and assists per game while also leading players to program records in points per game and goals per game.

Prior to his time at Bryant, Tamburello spent five years at Roanoke College, serving both as an assistant coach and head coach while in Salem, Virginia. As the head coach, Tamburello helped to guide the Maroons to a 16-5 overall record in the spring of 2022, culminating with the team's first NCAA Tournament berth since 2009. He also led Roanoke to a No. 24 national IWLCA ranking, the program's first top-25 ranking since 2009.

Tamburello Produced eight all-conference selections in 2022, four IWLCA All-Region honorees, and one IWLCA Lacrosse All-American player. He also guided Roanoke to its first conference player of the year since 2016.

Prior to his time in Salem, Tamburello served as an assistant coach in Claremont, California with the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens. Tamburello is a 2010 graduate of Radford University with a degree in Exercise, Sport and Health Education.
