PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif.- Senior Hilary Barte reached the semifinals of the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships, highlighting play for Stanford on Friday afternoon as main draw competition continued.
Barte won a pair of matches on Friday and now faces Michigan's Denise Muresan on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Mallory Burdette was upended 6-7 (3), 6-3, 6-4 by Notre Dame's Kristy Frilling in her second round match.
However, Barte and Burdette are into the doubles semifinals after a pair of wins on Friday.
