All-American Championship on Deck

- Stanford is in action at two events, led by the ITA All-American Championships from Oct. 3-9 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Cardinal also has three athletes in action at the UC Davis Aggie Invitational.
- Max Basing earned a pass to the main draw in singles, while freshmen Nishesh Basavareddy and Samir Banerjee begin play in the qualifying round. Basing and Basavareddy will combine in doubles as well, starting in the qualifying bracket.
- Alex Lee, Anders Matta and Isaac Gorelik are in action athte UC Davis Aggie Invite.
- Stanford has had a player win the All-American Championship in singles six times, while a Cardinal student-athlete has reached the final match 11 times. The Cardinal's six singles wins are the most of any school in the event's history. In addition, Stanford has had two doubles teams take home the title.
- Stanford opened the season at the Battle in the Bay Classic, where Aryan Chaudhary and Filip Kolasinski participated in the main draw and Gorelik and Neel Rajesh played in the qualifying stage. Rajesh leads the team with three singles wins through one event, while Chaudhary picked up the team's first win over a ranked opponent this year.
- Stanford returns many of its key performers from a year ago, led by All-American Arthur Fery and All-Pac-12 honoree Max Basing. Fery was ranked as high as No. 1 in the country last season in singles and No. 6 in doubles, going 24-8 in singles and 26-10 in doubles a year ago. Basing was one of the top freshmen in the conference in 2021-22, going 23-4 in singles and 15-10 in doubles en route to ITA Northwest Region Rookie of the Year accolades.
- Basing starts the fall ranked No. 40 in singles, while Stanford has two freshmen ranked in the ITA Newcomer category: Nishesh Basavareddy (No. 2) and Samir Banerjee (No. 9).
- Stanford went 19-6 last season, including a perfect 10-0 record at Taube Family Tennis Center. Stanford earned a bid to its 14th consecutive NCAA Tournament, traveling to 14th seeded Harvard for a pair of victories to advance to the Super Regional. 
- Paul Goldstein is in his ninth season as the Taube Family Director of Men's Tennis. Goldstein’s teams have posted a 131-55 record with a national ranking and a berth in the NCAA Championships in each of his seasons at the helm.
