Men's Golf Wins Dual Meet With UC Davis By 35 Strokes

STANFORD, Calif. - The men's golf team hosted a dual match today with UC Davis at the Stanford golf course.

On it's home turf, the Cardinal swept the match by 35 points. Alex Aragon, Ranked No. 35 by golfweek.com, and team captain Dusty Brett, Ranked No. 45 both turned in rounds of 69 strokes, two under par. Eric Dahlberg and Philip Rowe both carded rounds of 71, one under par.

The big story of the night was the hole in one made by Jimmy Lee on hole 14. Lee posted a round of 72.

The men's golf team will host the Nelson Invitational next weekend, Oct. 29-31. 20 teams will compete at the Nelson, including No. 2 Arizona State, No. 3 Northwestern, No. 12 Kansas and No. 15 Washington.
