ATHENS, Georgia - Freshmen Lindsay Wing and Lise L?veill? will compete on Saturday in the beam and floor event finals, respectively. Wing finished with a 9.925 on beam - good for second place, while L?veill? tied for second on floor with a 9.900.
Wing finished with a 39.275 to finish second in the All-Around to earn First Team All-America honors. Her second place finish on beam also earned her First Team All-America honors, while her tie for seventh on floor (9.875) is good for Second Team All-America honors.
L?veill? also earned First Team All-America honors after finishing in a tie for second on floor, while Jen Exaltacion snagged Second Team All-America honors as she tied for seventh on beam (9.850).
Stanford finished in fourth place in the second session of the day, with a 195.400. Georgia, Utah and Nebraska qualified for the team finals on Friday, while earlier today in Session I, UCLA (197.625), Michigan (196.525) and Alabama (196.375) also qualified to advance to the Super Six.
Individual event finals will be held on Saturday, April 21 at 7 p.m. (ET).
