In addition to overseeing 14 sports, Koberlein manages men's basketball operations, sports medicine and athletic training. He also oversees all national championship events hosted at Stanford.

Purpur is in his eighth year at Stanford, after serving five years as Assistant Athletic Director at the University of Pacific (1990-94). He came to Stanford as the Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities, Operations & Events, and was promoted to Senior Assistant Athletic Director in 2000. Purpur oversees all athletic facilities, facility development, facility services, capital planning, all event operations, concessions and guest services.

Schuhmann is in his 12th year at Stanford, including four seasons (1989-92) as an assistant football coach. He was then named Stanford's Athletic Recruiting Coordinator in 1993, and went on to assume the duties of Athletic Services Coordinator before being named Assistant Athletic Director of Football Support and Athletic Services in 1995.
