Fullerton, Ca - The 12th-ranked Stanford women's gymnastics team warmed up for its Sunday meeting at eighth-ranked UCLA with a 194.675 - 191.175 victory at Cal State Fullerton on Friday night.
The Cardinal swept three (Vault, Bars, Beam) of the four events in posting the non-league victory to raise its season record to 11-2.
Sophomore Liz Tricase, for the second time this year, scored a perfect 10.000 on Bars. Tricase also tallied a 9.950 (career-best) to win the Vault competition. Natalie Foley won the All-Around (39.175) and Beam (9.875), and finished second on Floor Exercise (9.675), and third on Vault (9.900) and Bars (9.825).
Stanford travels to UCLA in a Pac-10 dual meet at Pauley Pavilion. The meet starts at 2:00 p.m.
