Meet Coverage: 2007 Tyson Invitational
Part of the Stanford track and field team finished their first day of competition at the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with the rest of the team competing at the Husky Invitational in Seattle, Washington on Saturday.
Ashley Freeman finished in 38 place in the 400 meter with a season best time of 57.04, bettering her previous time by 1.37 seconds.
Laura Mottaz competed in the 400 meter as well, placing 40 and also recording a season best time of 57.04, dropping her previous time by 1.87 seconds.
Both halves of the team will be in competition tomorrow, with the beginning of the Husky Invitational and the final day of competition at the Tyson Invitational.
