Stanford track and field throwers Michael Robertson, Daniel Schaerer, and Jaynie Goodbody competed today at the Mt. Sac Relays on the campus of Mt. San Antonio College.
Robertson took second place in his section of the discus throw as he recorded a season and team best distance of 198-03 (60.44). Schaerer rounded out the top three in the same discus throw section while also moving in third place on Stanford's All-Time Top 10 List with a distance of 196-06 (59.89m).
Goodbody recorded a tenth place finish in the javelin throw as she posted a mark of 124-00 (37.70m).
The team returns to action on Saturday, April 21 as they travel to La Jolla, Calif. to compete in the Triton Invitational.
