STANFORD, Calif.- Through two rounds of competition at the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational, Stanford now stands in sixth place overall with a 30-over-par total of 606 (304-302).
The Cardinal stood in third as of yesterday's finish but now hold down the sixth spot. USC (296-291-587) leads the field at 11-over-par, followed by Arizona State (301-295-596) in second, Oregon (307-290-597) in third, Arizona (305-296-601) in fourth and California (305-297-602) in fifth.
Junior Mari Chun continues to pace the Cardinal, checking in at eighth place overall after carding rounds of 71-76 for a 3-over-par 147.
Sophomore Catherina Wang is tied for 24th after notching rounds of 77-75 for an 8-over-par 152.
Two Cardinal golfers, junior Ki-Shui Liao and sophomore Angela King, are tied for 34th. Liao posted rounds of 80-74 and King tallied rounds of 76-78 for a 10-over-par 154.
Freshman Rebecca Durham is tied for 51st with a 14-over-par 158 after registering rounds of 81-77.
