No. 11 Stanford performed admirably with their highest score of this young season, but ran into a very hot UCLA squad that was able to beat them by .2 tenths of a point. The Cardinal recorded a team score of 196.700. Stanford's score defeated the University of Illinois who scored a 194.775 and the University of Washington, who scored a 194.775. No. 9 UCLA continued their perfect season though by scoring a 196.875 and had five athletes score 39 or more in the all-around.
Senior Tabitha Yim scored 9.900's on vault, bars and floor in her first all-around performance of the season. Yim was able to tie for first in the vault competition with that mark. Junior Nicole Ourada scored a 9.875 on vault and a 9.900 on floor to finish with a 39.325 all-around score of her own.
Redshirt freshman Allyse Ishino scored a 9.875 on vault and Kelly Fee continued her strong season on floor exercise by scoring a 9.875. Heather Purnell also scored a 9.875 on floor exercise.
Bruins gymnast Anna Li recorded the highest score of the evening when she earned a 9.950 mark on bars.
