SEATTLE (AP) - Jon Brockman scored 19 points, including the game-winning put-back with 4.6 seconds remaining after his 18th rebound for his only field goal after halftime, and surging Washington beat Stanford 84-83 on Thursday night.
Isaiah Thomas added 18 points for the Huskies (11-3, 2-0 Pac-10), who rallied from eight points down early in the second half for their ninth consecutive victory.
Stanford (11-2, 1-2) lost its chance for the game-winning shot when Landry Fields caught a three-quarters-court pass but stumbled into the lane and lost the ball out of bounds with 2.2 seconds left.
Anthony Goods scored 19 points for the Cardinal, including the long jumper that gave them the lead with 14.4 seconds to go.
