STANFORD, Calif.-- Stanford's collegiate baseball game with UC Davis has been rained out and canceled due to rain in the forecast in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The No. 25-ranked Cardinal (30-21, 13-11 Pac-10) will host No. 2-ranked Arizona State this week in a three-game series starting on Thursday and Friday at 5:30 p.m and Saturday at 1 p.m. Stanford enters the final week of the regular season in fourth place in the Pac-10 Conference standings, having won nine of 13.
NCAA Regional announcements will occur on Memorial Day at 9:30 a.m on ESPN. Stanford has reached 28 NCAA post seasons and 16 College World Series in its history.
