INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The day before taking the court against Texas A&M to begin its 10th Final Four, the Stanford women's basketball team met with the national media and took part in a public practice at Conseco Fieldhouse.

Stanford's day started early, as Nnemkadi Ogwumike was announced as one of 10 members of the State Farm Coaches' All-America Team by the WBCA at the Westin Indianapolis.

The Cardinal began its 30-minute media availability window at 10:20 a.m. ET, as Tara VanDerveer and tri-captains Kayla Pedersen, Jeanette Pohlen and Ogwumike took to the dais to field questions from the press corps.

At 11 a.m. ET, the Cardinal stepped onto the Conseco Fieldhouse floor for the first time, taking part in a one-hour public workout. Lay-up lines, weave drills, and the customary shootaround playlist ("I Got Bounce" included, of course) from team managers Kerry Blake and Dorothy Boakye-Donkor provided a buoyant atmosphere for the fans and media taking a look at the Cardinal.

Its media obligations met, the Cardinal went back to preparing for Sunday's 4 p.m. PT national semifinal against the Aggies. The game will be televised live on ESPN and online on ESPN3.
