This morning we finished knoxing our hair before the sun was even up. They say it's the Valley of the Sun, but we found a time that it did not exist. We got to the pool and got right in. After a solid warm up with little neck twinges, we were ready.

Madison performed a beautiful tech solo to show off her long legs. Our two duets performed back-to-back with solid technical elements. We ended the morning with some more practice in the pool before heading back to the hotel to rest up for finals tomorrow!

It has gone by so fast, I can't believe we only have one more day left. I'm excited for my final swim tomorrow with Alie. It will be the last swim of our synchro careers of over 13 years. We are proud to end it as Cardinal!
