LONG BEACH, Calif. - On the heels of claiming the Pacific Coast Collegiate Sailing Conference Championships women's singlehanded title earlier on the weekend, the Stanford sailing program excelled on the water during the final two days of the league's fall championships at the U.S. Sailing Center.

Oliver Toole won the men's singlehanded title with 19 points as teammate Kieran Chung-Wolf (27) was second in the event. Kevin Laube was fourth with 52 points.

Toole and Chung-Wolf will represent the league in the upcoming ICSA Singlehanded Nationals.

In the women's team competition, Hawaii took the title with 83 points. Stanford (106) was second among the six-team field after receiving 43 points in the A-Division (Yuki Yoshiyasu and McKenzie Wilson) and 63 from the B-Division (Rebecca King and Noelle Herring).

Up next for the Cardinal is the NEISA Freshman Championship (Oct. 27-28) and the PCCSC Match Championships (Oct. 27-28).
