March 25, 2013

STANFORD, Calif.- Fresh off a 15-day layoff, No. 47 Stanford defeated Nevada 5-2 on Monday afternoon at Taube Family Tennis Stadium.

Stanford (6-5, 0-0 Pac-12), which extended its season-high winning streak to three matches, opened a stretch that will feature four matches to be played over a six-day stretch.

Robert Stineman's 2-6, 6-1, 7-6 (4) win on court three closed out the match.
