Admissions Process and Deadlines
Applying for Admission
All prospective student-athletes are required to complete anUndergraduate Admissions application and go through the regularadmissions process. Most recruited student-athletes receive anadmissions application through the Stanford coaches, but applicationsare also available from the Undergraduate Admissions Office. You can requestan admissions application by phone or email, or complete yourapplication on-line. (If you are planning on signing a National Letterof Intent during the November or February signing periods, it is notrecommended that you apply on-line.)
In requesting an application from the Admissions Office or from aStanford coach, you will also receive the Stanford Today viewbook, whichincludes background on Stanford University, information on the academicdepartments and extracurricular activities Stanford offers, andguidelines for the admissions and financial aid process.

Test Scores
All students are required to present an SAT I or ACT score aspart of their admissions application. SAT II tests are also recommended (Writing, MathIIC and one other of your choice). If you are planning to sign aNovember Letter of Intent we strongly recommend that you begin testingduring your junior year of high school.
