LOCATION
The Jim Harbaugh Football Camps will be held on campus at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA.  Stanford is located less than 30 minutes from both San Jose and San Francisco International Airports.

FACILITIES
Stanford University features some of the best facilities in college football.  Camp will be conducted inside the new Stanford Stadium (completed September 2006), the Elliott Football Practice Fields and inside the 12,000 square foot Arrillaga Family Strength and Conditioning Center.  Elliott Field, which contains 3 full grass football fields underwent a major renovation in 2005 and is one of the finest practice sites in the country.  Campers will also have access to the Stanford Athletic Hall of Fame, the football locker room and other athletic, recreational and campus facilities.

SAFETY AND SUPERVISION
Members of the Stanford Staff will supervise campers at all times.  Experienced trainers are available to campers at all times.  In the event of an emergency, Stanford Hospital is located less than 5 minutes from the Athletic Department.

TO REGISTER
Please see individual camp details for registration information.  All medical and liability forms must be downloaded and completed upon check in.

Each camp session requires a $25 deposit.  A non-refundable deposit or payment of full tuition must accompany the online registration. The remaining balance of the camp tuition can be paid at check-in on the day of camp. Sorry, no credit cards on day of check-in.

High School coaches wishing to register their teams for this camp, must contact Matt Doyle to sign up.

REFUND POLICY
There is a $250 deposit required of all teams signing up for team camp.  This deposit is non-refundable.  The remaining balance may be mailed or paid in person on the day of camp.

CHECK-IN
Check-in will begin 30 minutes prior to the start of each camp session.  Registration and check-in will be held at Arrillaga Plaza (near the NW entrance of Elliott Football Practice Fields) located between Maples Pavilion, Avery Aquatic Center and Arrillaga Sports Center.  Driving Directions to campus are available at gostanford.com/travel.

HOTEL INFORMATION
The Jim Harbaugh Football Camp consists of several day sessions.  For campers wishing to attend HS Day Camp on June 24th, hotel accommodations must be made at one of the many local hotels near campus.  Information on local hotels is available by visiting gostanford.com/travel.

FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT
For full contact camps, each camper will need to bring his own football equipment.  Rental equipment will be made available to individual campers ONLY.  Helmets and shoulder pads are available to rent for $25 each, based on availability.  Please indicate on the camp registration form the need for rental equipment.  Do not include the rental charge in the camp payment.  The equipment rental fee must be paid at check-in. Since certain activities will take place on the Astroturf field, please be sure to bring comfortable shoes.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE
Airport transportation can be arranged for campers attending the Jim Harbaugh Football Camps.  The cost is $30 for each way.  In the days prior to camp, members of the Stanford Football Camp staff will contact you to finalize arrangements.  Airport transportation will be provided for flights booked into San Jose or San Francisco ONLY.  Payment must be made in advance when you sign up for camp.

SPENDING MONEY
The Sports Cafe (located in the Arrillaga Family Sports Center) will be open on the weekday mornings for campers looking for a snack before the day begins.  The Track House Sports Shop and The Stanford University Bookstore are available for merchandise purchases.
