  1. International student-athletes need to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center.
  2. International Students need to submit verification of their high school graduation and official certificates and/or transcripts of academic performance for ALL high schools attended to the NCAA Eligibility Center.  The required academic documentation varies by each country and you should consult the International Student-Athlete page of the NCAA website.
  3. International students will need to have their standard test score (ACT or SAT) sent directly from the testing agency to the NCAA Eligibility Center.
  4. The General Amateurism and Eligibility Form for International and Select Student-Athletes  PDF Document is required by the NCAA and will assist Stanford in verification of your amateurism status.  International students should complete Part I and II (pages 1-7) prior to arrival on campus and the form should be mail/faxed to the Stanford Compliance Services Office.  Part III of the form will be completed with a Stanford compliance staff member once the student has arrived on campus.
