National Competition: Swam at the 2010 ConoccoPhillips National Championships in the Summer of 2010, reaching the consolation finals of the 50 free (22.85) and the C Finals of the 100 free... earned a seventh-place finish in the 50 free at the U.S. Nationals in the summer of 2007.

2010-2011 Season (Senior): Six-time All-American in his final season for the third place Cardinal, helping twice break the American record in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:15.16 in the finals for his first NCAA title... finished third in the 50 free (19.01) behind American record holder Nathan Adrian, 12th in the 200 free (1:34.85) and 14th in the 100 free (43.07)... swam into the top-16 in the 400 medley relay for the third year, finishing third as the anchor leg... also part of fifth place 200 medley relay team... ranked fourth nationally in the 50 free, 13th in the 100 free and 19th in the 200 free... Pac-10 runner-up in the 200 and 400 free and 200 and 400 medley relays for the 30th-straight Pac-10 champions... also finished fourth at Pac-10s in the 100 free and was fifth in the Pac-10 finals of the 50 free. Won the consolation finals of the 200 free... part of winning 400 free relay team against Cal, set Stanford pool record in the 200 free relay at 1:19.30, beating USC. Also won the 50 free against the Trojans.. won the 50 and 100 free at Arizona and was a part of the wining 200 free relay team... set a meet record at the Long Beach Arena Invite in the fall with a time of 19.60 in the 50 free.

2009-2010 Season (Junior): A five-time All-American with a eighth place finish in the 50 freestyle and 13th place finish in the 100 freestyle... was part of the third-place 400 freestyle relay, fourth-place 400 medley relay, and fourth-place 200 freestyle relay at the NCAAs...part of the Pac-10 Championship winning 200 freestyle relay...placed third in the 50 freestyle and fourth in the 100 freestyle at the Pac-10s... swept a meet against Arizona winning the 50 and 100 freestyle and a part of the first-place 200 medley relay.

2008-09 Season (Sophomore): A six-time All-American in the 50, 100 and 200 freestyles, 200 and 400 medley relays and the 400 relay... posted the fifth-fastest NCAA time (18.87) in the 50 freestyle, and 10th-fastest 100 freestyle time (42.37)... part of 200 free relay team at Pac-10s that set a conference record (1:15.64) and was one second off the NCAA record (1:14.22), finishing second to Auburn... was fourth at the Pac-10, 50 freestyle (19.27) after swimming the third-fastest 50 time in school-history in the prelims (19.16).

2007-08 Season (RS Freshman): Redshirted.

2006-07 Season (Freshman): Helped guide Stanford to its 26th straight Pac-10 title as he earned a third-place finish in the 50 free, eighth in the 100 free and 14th in the 100 fly at the conference championships...captured the first All-America honor of his career as a member of the second-place 200 free relay team at the NCAA Championships...also swam to a fifth-place finish in the 50 free consolation at the NCAA meet.

High School: Enjoyed a standout career at Rome High School...was the Georgia state champion in the 50 and 100 free during his junior and senior seasons...editor of the school newspaper and a member of the National Honor Society.
