All-American: 400 free relay - 2008

National Competition: Competed in the 100 free at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials in Omaha, Neb...competed in the 50 free, 100 free, and 200 free at the national championships in Indianapolis.

2007-08 Season (Junior): A member of the 400 free relay team that finished fourth at the NCAA Championships...finished 35th at the NCAA Championships in the 200 free...also qualified in the 100 free...helped Stanford to the Pac-10 title with a ninth-place finish in the 200 free, an 11th-place finish in the 100 free and a 13th-place finish in the 50 free.

2006-07 Season (Sophomore): Competed in the 50 free, 100 free, 200 free, and 100 fly at the Pac-10 Championships...qualified for the NCAA Championships by achieving the `B' standard in the 100 free.

2005-06 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 50 free, the 100 free and the 100 fly at the Pac-10 Championships.

High School: A 15-time All-American and a four-year letterwinner in swimming and water polo at Birmingham Seaholm High School...MVP all four years...captain of the swim and water polo teams...the Michigan state high school record holder in the 50 free (20.36)...also the state record holder in the 100 free (45.23), 200 IM (1:50.17) and as a member of the 200 free relay...an eight-time Michigan state champion and a three-time state champion member of relay teams...the 2004 and 2005 Michigan High School Swimmer of the Year...a finalist for National Swimmer of the Year in 2004 and 2005...a four-time YMCA national champion.
