Donnell joins the coaching staff after 2 years competing for the Cardinal. As a student-athlete, Hill ranks among the top ten all-time in the pole vault. As a freshman, Hill vaulted 5.06m (16-7), qualifying him for the NCAA West Regional. He vaulted the same height at the USA Junior Nationals, earning him 4th place. He has a gymnastics background and will assist with the men's and women's pole vault
