Coaching Staff on Carr: "We expect Jessie Carr to be a great captain for this team. She is one of the team's hardest workers and has done a great job to return after her shoulder injury. She is the kind of swimmer that's going to be steady and will continually make progress because of her work ethic. Her work ethic is invaluable at practice because other people see her doing it and they all want to jump on that train, too. She also has a terrific sense of humor."
