2006 Cross Country Season (Junior): Posted a fifth place finish at the Bronco Invitational... Also placed seventh at the Aggie Open.

2005 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Finished sixth in the 4,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational to help the Cardinal capture team championships in both races.

2004 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Helped Stanford win a fifth-straight Pac-10 team championship... Finished third at the Pre-NCAA Open race... Placed fifth in the 8,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational.

2003 Cross Country Season: Redshirted.

High School: 2002 Oregon state high school champion in the 1,500 meters and runner-up in the 800 meters... 2001 Oregon high school runner-up in the 800 meters...
