In 1999: A First Team All-America during his freshman year... Only two other goalkeepers (John Gansel, Todd Kemp) gained All-America honors during their freshman seasons... Named to the All-Tournament team at the NCAA and MPSF Championships in 1999... Named All-MPSF First Team in 1999.

High School: The nation's top goalie and an All-American during his senior season at Foothill High School... Led his team to the CIF championship game in his senior campaign... Gained All-CIF honors and all-league accolades a total of four times and was named CIF Player of the Year... A former member of the United States Junior National team... Also a member of the SoCal Club that won the Junior Olympic title four times... Traveled internationally (Italy, Spain, Hungary) with an all-star team (1992-94).
