2004 Track & Field Season (Junior): Competed in the 400 meters and the 4x100 meter relay at the NCAA Championships . . . Finished sixth in the 400 meters at the Pac-10 Championships with a time of 46.30 . . . Ran a personal best time of 46.20 in the 400 meters at the Pac-10 prelims, the fourth best time in Stanford history . . . The Big Meet champion in the 200 (21.49) and 400 meters (46.74) . . . Ran a personal best time of 21.44 in the 200 meters at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational . . . Ran the anchor leg on Stanford's winning 4x400 meter relay team (3:07.23, #2 all-time at Stanford) at the NCAA West Regionals ... Ran the third leg on the 400 meter relay team which ran a season-best 40.15 (#2 all-time at Stanford) at the Stanford Invitational ... 2002 Track & Field Season (Freshman): Finished seventh in the 400 meters at the Pac-10 Championships with a time of 47.47 ... Ran a season-best 47.41 to advance to the finals at the Pac-10 Championships ... Ran the anchor leg on the 1600 meter relay team that finished first at the Penn Relays in 3:09.96.
2001 Track & Field Season: Ran 48.81 in the 400 meters before redshirting the season.
