Sarah Kate Noftsinger will begin her fourth season as a member of the Stanford women's soccer coaching staff in the fall of 2007. In her time on the Farm, she has helped the Cardinal to three NCAA Tournament appearances and helped recruit some of the top prep players in the nation.

Noftsinger arrived on The Farm in May 2004 after spending two seasons as a midfielder and forward for the Washington Freedom. A 2002 Wake Forest graduate, Noftsinger helped the Freedom reach the Founder's Cup finals in 2002 before capturing the championship the next season. She also played in Women's United Soccer Association (WUSA) festivals during the summer of 2004.

Last spring, Noftsinger worked with the U.S. Under-20 National Team as a developmental coach, helping to prepare the squad for the 2006 FIFA World Championships in Russia.
