2007 Season (Junior): Yim completed her 2007 season as one of the most decorated Stanford gymnasts in history....At The NCAA Championships she won four All-American honors in the all-around, bars, beam and floor despite missing the early portion of the season due to injury....Now totals 11 All-American honors in her 2005, 2006, 2007 seasons...At Pac-10 Championships she scored a 9.925 on bars and a 9.9 on beam, which led Stanford to a 2nd place finish....Was an All-Pacific-10 Conference selection...Was an NCAA Regional Champion in the all-around for the third straight season (39.475) and the bars (9.9)....At the NCAA Nationals in Salt Lake City led Stanford to a fifth place national finish....Enters 2008 season looking to add to her record-setting Stanford career
2006 Season (Sophomore): Finished the 2006 season as the top collegiate gymnasts ... At the NCAA Championships, she won three All-American honors on the All-Around, Bars and Floor Exercise ... That gives her seven All-American honors during the 2006 and 2005 seasons ... At the NCAA's, captured third place on Floor Exercise, eighth place in the All-Around, and ninth place on Bars ... Also competed on Vault at the NCAA's ... Won the NCAA West Regional and Pac-10 titles in the All-Around (39.525) ... She also won the NCAA Regional Bars title (9.950) and tied for first place on Beam (9.900), and finished third on Floor Exercise (9.875) ... Also placed eighth on Vault (9.800) at the Regional ... At the Pac-10 Championships, in addition to winning the All-Around title, won the Beam crown and finished second on Floor Exercise ... She was named to the All Pac-10 team on Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor Exercise ... Has season-bests in the following events: All-Around (39.650), Bars (9.950, twice), Beam (9.975), Floor Exercise (9.925) and Vault (9.925).
2005 Season (Freshman): World class gymnast capped an outstanding freshman campaign with an exceptional showing at the NCAA Championships ... Garnered First Team All-American honors in the all-around, bars, beam, and floor exercise following her performance at nationals ... Placed third in the floor exercise at the NCAA Event Finals (4/23) with a 9.925 score ... Her mark also set a team season-high ... Also competed in the event finals on the uneven bars (9.875) and the balance beam (9.837) ... Posted solid numbers at the NCAA Team Prelims (4/21), setting a team season-high with a 39.450 in the all-around ... Set a team season season-high and a personal season-high with a 9.925 on the beam, capturing first place in the first session of the team prelims ... Tied for second place in the first session with a 9.900 on bars and tied for third with a 9.900 on floor ... Was the nation's top scoring individual qualifier to the NCAA Championships after scoring a 39.250 in the all-around at the West Regional in Seattle (4/9), marking the first time she competed in the all-around ...
