A two-sport athlete at Stanford (football and basketball), who has been a valuable frontline player off the bench ... Played a season-high 19 minutes against UC Riverside (11/29/00) and scored eleven points along with seven rebounds ... Scored eight points and grabbed six rebounds in 16 minutes of play at California (2/17/01) ... His two three-pointers in the second half helped key Stanford to victory (82-63) at Oregon State (2/10/01) ... Has hit 6-of-13 from three-point territory for .462 ... For the season, hitting .511 from the floor ... In the last five games, has hit 10-of-17 shots for .588.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year varsity basketball starter, and was the team leader in scoring, rebounds, assists and steals in each of his four seasons at Mira Mesa ... Played point-guard and averaged 24 points per game and racked up three-doubles in the last ten games ... Helped transform a team that went 7-20 to one that made a run in the California state playoffs ... The MVP of the Nike Best in the West Camp, and also competed at the 1999 Nike All-America Camp, the ABCD Adidas Camp and the Olympic USA Basketball Camp ... In football, PrepStar named him the #2 "athlete" in the nation while SuperPrep rated him #4 among "jumbo athletes" ... Played quarterback, wide receiver and defensive end in high school ... As a senior at quarterback, threw for 1,068 yards and eleven touchdowns while rushing 48 times for 411 yards and four touchdowns ... Caught 24 passes for 368 yards and three touchdowns, and as a defensive end, he registered 60 tackles, 14 sacks, two interceptions, one returned for a touchdown ... Named Mira Mesa Athlete of the Year as a senior ... Attended Mariner High School in Washington his sophomore and junior seasons before transferring to Mira Mesa for his senior campaign ...
