2010-11: Named to Pac-10 All-Academic first team ... member of All-Pac-10 Team ... Placed second in the Copley Cup at the San Diego Crew Classic.

2008-09: Finished third in the Varsity 8+ at the 2009 IRA National Championships ... finished second in the Varsity 8+ at the 2009 Pac-10 Championships.

2007-08: Advanced to the semifinals of the Temple Challenge Cup at the Royal Henley Regatta in England ... seventh in the Frosh 8+ at the 2008 IRA ... bronze medal in the Frosh 8+ at the 2008 Pac-10 Championships ... won the Frosh/Novice 8+ at the 2007 Newport Fall Regatta.

High School: Rowed, ran cross-country, Nordic skied and played Ultimate Frisbee ... competed in the 2006 Head of the Charles in his first year rowing ... was elected to play for the Minnesota State Ultimate Frisbee team at Nationals three times.
