BOULDER, Colo.- No. 4 Stanford blanked No. 64 Colorado 7-0 on Monday afternoon, sweeping its first Pac-12 road trip of the year.
The Cardinal (11-0, 3-0 Pac-12) notched its seventh shutout overall and third in as many matches.
After quickly securing the doubles point for a 1-0 lead, Carol Zhao followed with a 6-1, 6-1 victory at the No. 3 spot.
Kristie Ahn’s 6-2, 6-1 win at the No. 1 position put Stanford on the verge of clinching the match.
Krista Hardebeck made it official with a 7-6 (5), 6-0 triumph on court two.
Stanford won all six of its singles matches in straight sets.
The Cardinal returns to The Farm this weekend, hosting Arizona on Friday in a match that will be televised on Pac-12 Networks. Doubles play begins at 11:30 a.m., with the match joined in progress for singles.
