Baseball TV Schedule Announced

STANFORD, Calif. -- Eighteen Stanford baseball games will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Network and Pac-12 Bay Area in 2016, including a pair of home games against national runner-up Vanderbilt and all five contests with Cal.

Of the 18 televised contests, 11 will feature the newly-renovated Klein Field at Sunken Diamond and and 14 will be Pac-12 matchups. Only USC and Arizona State will have more televised games on the conference network (19) than the Cardinal this year.

Stanford returns six everyday starters and nearly all of its pitching. Offensively, the Cardinal will have more than 75 percent of their at-bats, runs, hits, home runs, RBI, extra-base hits back for 2016. The pitching staff returns more than 70 percent of its starts, wins, innings pitched and strikeouts as well as Cal Quantrill and John Hochstatter, who each missed the majority of last season.

Some game times have been altered from the originally announced schedule to accommodate television broadcasts. All dates and times are subject to change.

Season and single-game tickets for 2016 will be available in January as Klein Field at Sunken Diamond completes several enhancements, including a new playing surface, entrance and clubhouse.
