STANFORD, Calif. – Back-to-back home runs by junior Alex Dunlap and senior Austin Barr sealed a Stanford baseball sweep of visiting Oregon on Senior Day at Sunken Diamond.

With the 3-1 victory, the Cardinal finished the regular season 31-23 overall and 15-15 in the Pac-12.

Junior starter Chris Castellanos went 7.2 innings and allowed just one run on six hits. He earned his eighth win of the season when Tyler Thorne and Andrew Summerville came on to get the last four outs.

Oregon (29-27, 14-16 Pac-12) scored first with three straight triples in the sixth. Castellanos stranded two Ducks with a pair of fly outs and it was just 1-0.

Dunlap and Barr gave the Cardinal the lead in the seventh. Junior Tommy Edman singled to right and stole second with one out. That's when Dunlap lifted one over the wall in left field for a 2-1 lead. Next at the plate, in the final at-bat of his career, Barr launched a home run over the left field wall.

Thorne got the final out of the eighth for Castellanos, and Summerville faced just three Ducks in the ninth to earn the save.
