USTA/ITA Regionals Await

STANFORD, Calif. - After concluding play at the ITA All-American Championships last week, the Stanford men's tennis team, including 2015 singles champion, David Wilczynski, are set to compete at the USTA/ITA Northwest Regional Championships in Berkeley, Calif. starting Thursday.

The Cardinal will join fourteen other schools, host California, Oregon, Washington, Eastern Washington, Pacific, Gonzaga, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Fresno State, Saint Mary's, Sacramento State, Santa Clara and UC Davis. The tournament will feature over 100 singles players and over 50 doubles teams, with draws available online late Wednesday.

Champions of the main draw in singles and doubles at the regional will earn a spot at the USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships, taking place from November 3rd to the 6th at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, New York.

There will be live streaming for the event available through the California athletics website for all matches at the Hellman Tennis Complex, which can be found here. Matches will also take place at two other complexes, without access to streaming capabilities.
