Stanford Season Ticket Members (STMs) can exchange their tickets to one game for other games using online Account Management.*
How to Exchange Your Tickets
1. Login to your online ticketing account
2. Click on Exchange
3. Select your games to exchange and a quantity that matches the number of tickets you are exchanging
4. Select your delivery method (digital-only) and click "Submit Exchange" and you're good to go
• Ticket exchange is free and exclusive to Stanford season ticket members. We hope you enjoy this benefit.
• This service is only active once tickets have been delivered, approximately three weeks prior to the home opener.
• Tickets may be exchanged for any other seat in the venue*. If the new seat is in a higher cost area, you will pay the difference upon checkout. If the new seat is in a lower cost area, the difference will not be refunded.
• Tickets may only be exchanged for the same quantity in the same sport – women's volleyball tickets may not be exchanged for men's soccer tickets.
• Exchanges are final, and your originally exchanged seats will immediately become available to other fans.
• Exchanged tickets are not guaranteed to be adjacent to your existing season tickets.
• Ticket exchange is available online-only and must be completed 24 hours prior to the event.

Men's Basketball
Men's Basketball season tickets can be exchanged for any other regular season game. At the time of the exchange, the STM will be required to pay the difference in ticket price.
Women's Basketball
Women's Basketball season tickets can be exchanged for any other regular season game. At the time of the exchange, the STM will be required to pay the difference in ticket price.
Baseball
Baseball season tickets can be exchanged for any other regular season game, excluding Fireworks Night.
Softball
Softball season tickets can be exchanged for any other regular season game.
Football
New for 2019, football season tickets can be exchanged between three pricing tiers:
Tier 1 • Cal, Notre Dame
Tier 2 • Oregon, Washington
Tier 3 • Arizona, Northwestern, UCLA
Red Zone and Family Plan season tickets may only be exchanged for reserved seats, and will be required to pay the difference upon completing the exchange.
Women's Volleyball
Women's volleyball season tickets can be exchanged for any other regular season game.
Women's Soccer
Women's soccer season tickets can be exchanged for any other regular season game.
Men's Soccer
Men's soccer season tickets can be exchanged for any other regular season game.
