STANFORD, Calif. -- Stanford baseball will be featured on the Pac-12 Networks 18 times in the final season under legendary head coach Mark Marquess.
More than half of Stanford's conference slate will be televised (16 of 30) as well as two non-conference, mid-week matchups with rival Cal. Only Arizona (20) and Utah (19) have more appearances than the Cardinal.
The Cardinal will be the network's main showcase on Thursday Night Baseball four times, and will be the featured in a rare Monday night showdown with their arch rival from Berkeley on May 15.
Stanford hosts the defending Pac-12 champions in its first three Pac-12 Network appearances as the entire conference-opening series with Utah will be televised. In addition, the network will broadcast Stanford's first two games against national runner-up Arizona, the entire series at Cal, and the final regular season series of the Coach Marquess era (at Washington State, May 25-27).
Eleven freshmen will join a Stanford squad that returns nearly its entire starting lineup, all of its starting pitching and the majority of its bullpen. Last season on The Farm, the Cardinal finished 31-23 overall -- the 38th winning season in 40 years under Coach Marquess -- and 15-15 in conference play (t-6th in Pac-12).
Some game times have been altered from the originally announced schedule to accommodate television broadcasts. All dates and times are still subject to change.
Season tickets are available now and single-game tickets for 2017 will go on sale in January.
