STANFORD, Calif. – Elizabeth Price will attempt to become the first Stanford gymnast to win two individual national titles Friday when she competes at the NCAA Championships in St. Louis, Missouri.
Price will perform in the second semifinal on Friday at 5 p.m. (PT). She will compete in the third rotation, performing in the final position after Florida and Penn State's Briannah Tsang complete their routines.
Price earned an automatic berth to the national championships this season on bars, scoring a season-high 9.975 in the event to win the NCAA Seattle Regional title. She has been ranked in the top five in the event all season.

Elizabeth Price scored a season-high 9.975 to win the NCAA Seattle Regional bars title and earn an automatic berth to the NCAA Championships.
Price became the third gymnast in program history to win an individual national title when she won vault as a freshman in 2015. She joined Larissa Fontaine (vault, 1998) and Carly Janiga (bars, 2010) as Cardinal individual event national champions.
Price finished the regular season ranked fourth in the country with a Regional Qualifying Score of 9.940. She has scored 9.900 or higher on bars in eight-of-10 meets and claimed eight individual event victories this season.
Price has scored 9.900 or higher in 60-of-95 (63 percent) performances during her collegiate career.
The competition will be televised on ESPNU and streamed live on WatchESPN.
