All-Academic Honors

STANFORD, Calif. – Headlined by seven first team selections, 20 members of the Stanford women's rowing program were honored on the Pac-12 Conference all-academic squads.
 
The 20 all-academic honorees were the most in the Pac-12. Stanford has totaled 77 all-academic selections over the past four years.
 
Seven members of Stanford's varsity eight that placed second at the NCAA Championships in May were honored on the Pac-12's all-academic teams, including coxswain Leigh Warner (human biology), Ruth Narode (human biology), Stephanie Grauer (undeclared), Filippa Karrfelt (computer science), Lindy Clute (undeclared), Devin Norder (management, science and engineering) and Alie Rusher (human biology).  
 
Clute, Karrfelt, Narode, Rusher and Warner were joined by Anika Christofferson (undeclared) and Lulu Hedstrom (undeclared) as First Team Pac-12 All-Academic selections.
 
Second team all-academic honorees included Norder, Erin Barry (undeclared), Emily Grundman (international relations), Mariko Kelly (undeclared), Karli Kirk (biomechanical engineering), Tracy Roberts (international relations), Chase Shepley (undeclared) and Rena White (undeclared).
 
Grauer, Reilly Hayes (mechanical engineering), Madi Kist (human biology), Anya Miller (human biology) and Margaret Seaton (undeclared) were honorable mention academic selections.
 
Narode, Grundman, Hayes, Karrfelt and Kirk were honored for the third straight year. Rusher, Warner, Kist, Miller and Roberts, were each recognized for their academic achievements for the second consecutive year.
 
Stanford, ranked in the top-10 all season, finished sixth as a team at the NCAA Championships in West Windsor, New Jersey. The Cardinal varsity eight placed second in the NCAA Championships.
