"Vijay is a fantastic addition to our coaching staff," said Ratcliffe, who is entering his 15th season as head coach. "He is a tremendous person and an excellent coach who will add great knowledge and energy to our program."

As a sophomore in 2001, Dias helped Indiana reach the national championship match after reaching the national semifinals as a freshman in 2000. Dias graduated in 2004 with a degree in general studies.
Dias joined the Montana coaching staff for the 2011-12 seasons as a volunteer assistant before playing professionally in India during 2013. In 2014, he returned to coaching at Carroll College, and later Northern Arizona in 2015 before returning to play one more season in Spain.
